Assez bruyant mais on était là pour visiter donc réveiller tous les jours à 07h cela ne nous dérangeais pas trop"

"The location is fantastic - 1 minute from the port, 5 minutes from la place Garibaldi, and a 10-15 minute stroll to the old town. There's loads to see and do, and plenty of great bars and restaurants - we recommend Rouge in particular."

"Unfortunately, there was an unexpected heatwave during our trip and the air conditioning in the apartment kept cutting out. Also, don't expect sandy beaches in Nice - there are steep pebbly inclines which are difficult going in and out of the water. However, once you're in, it's wonderful!"

"The location was great. We loved having breakfast at the cafés on nearby Place Garibaldi. The apartment was close to the harbour and seafront. People were very friendly and helpful."

"A good location near the old port and near a major tram station. The apartment had a good range of facilities for a comfortable stay. The apartment booklet guide was very useful. Spiro was very helpful when we arrived."

"Finding the entrance to the apartment was very difficult. We arrived at 2050 in the dark. We walked up and down the street for several minutes trying to find it faced with a charge of 40 Euros if we arrived after 2100. We had to ring the contact for further help. It would have been helpful to have specific information (eg green metal gates, opposite the ...... (name) antique shop etc."

"The flat was clean and just a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Maria was lovely and let us in at the time we had arranged. She provided fans for us when we were too hot in the heatwave which helped a lot. It was also great having a pre arranged taxi to collect us from the airport!"

"The air-con wasn’t very good, but better than having nothing at all. It gave out cool air from the top and hot air from the bottom so sort of defeated the point. As mentioned above though, fans were provided which was really helpful!"

"The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Port and Place Grimaldi and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a full grocery store around the corner, and an excellent bakery. The apartment had windows on two sides, which allowed a nice breeze (also very loud seagulls at 5am and some murmuring from other people living on the courtyards on each side), with the traditional local wooden shutters to manage privacy, sunlight, and air. The managers were easy to deal with and responsive. The furnishings and art are tasteful."
